My name is Andy Graham, Life Coach, member of the Coaching Academy and a man in his forties who has obtained a vast array of life experience along the way. Prior to becoming a professional life coach I served in the emergency services for 22 years, and prior to that I had various jobs including three years in the armed forces.

When I was in the emergency services I worked the area community safety. I worked very closely with organisations such as the Youth Services, Youth Offending Teams, Youth Inclusion & Support Panels, Domestic Violence Forums and other agencies dealing with vulnerable members of the community.

In my work with such agencies I developed and delivered education packages which were aimed at diverting young people who were at risk of becoming involved in anti-social behaviour and other illegal activities back to the straight and narrow, and to protect those who were at risk of physical & mental harm from those closest to them.

I was responsible for the development and delivery of programmes designed to teach essential life skills for various vulnerable sections of the community, and I have appeared live on BBC Radio Manchester in my capacity as a professional life coach.

I curently also dedicate some of my time to Cancer Research UK where I am the chair of the organising committee for a major community volunteer led fundraising event called Relay For Life, and I mentor other volunteers for the charity too.

During my life I have experienced many challenges, problems and difficulties (including some life threatening ones!) but through determination and help from the right people at the right time I have managed to overcome them all to finally reach the stage where I am the most contented I have ever been in my whole life.

Because of the huge amount of experience which I have amassed over the years and the life coaching skills I have developed through the emergency services and the various courses I have attended, many people have sought my guigance on all kinds of problems which they were themselves experiencing.

I have many success stories, some of which are featured on the testimonials page which I am currently adding to this site.

Please take a look at these two videos, they show me facing one of my personal demons (the fear of heights) in an effort to raise funds for Cancer Research UK and to help raise awaeness of Relay For Life which is a fantastic community led fundraising event for the charity, and a great way to get yourself involved with a great cause!
